"Love the online checkin to cut the wait down. Always do a good job on the haircut. Just wish they had better coupons or loyalty program."

"Best place to get a haircut hands down. It's worth the extra money."

"We just tried this local business and were not impressed. Before we even started the cut for my son, I explained that he is in the awkward stage of growing his hair out and just needs it shaped and trimmed. I asked her if she had experience with what I was asking for and she said yes. I even showed her a picture of what we had in mind. Let's just say that nothing looked like the pic and in fact she had cut off most of his length and curls so it looked like a helmet. She was kind about my displeasure and worked with us to fix it, but it took two more tries and we ended up just cutting it short to remedy the failed cuts. At least he now looks presentable for his job interview, but I don't know that we'd go back. She was a nice gal, but didn't deliver what we wanted."

"My husband went to this location today. WORST HAIRCUT he's ever gotten. He was too nice to tell PRECIOUS she mutilated his head. Now we have to spend another $25 tomorrow to attempt to fix her complete screw up. We will never EVER go back. The only reason he didn't go to his normal barber was because he had the car at the auto place across the way. We'll never make that mistake again. Precious should NOT be allowed to touch anyone's head EVER again!!"

"Their "MVP services" ... Massage, Shampoo, etc distract from one simple reality: they give amateur haircuts. Another disappointing chop shop hair cutting franchise where the art of haircuts has been reduced to gimmicks. I want a GOOD HAIRCUT ... Couldn't care less about your shoulder massage and brand of shampoo you're using on me. Went to another hair salon the next day and they actually laughed at mess Sport Clips blessed me with."

"This place needs some time to get where they need to be. Now like many people, I try to stay away from chains like this, but it just so happens, there was a hockey game on that I wanted to see and I had limited time to get a haircut. Enter Sport Clips. Even as a franchise, I would actually expect more. Especially as a place that touts itself as the spot you can go and watch "the game" at. Well this past Saturday there was no shortage of sporting events, playoff hockey and basketball, regular season baseball, PGA golf....heck there was probably even a Nascar race. What did they have on?......college baseball. (Not even local teams) Oh and here's another downside, they could only show one thing on all the televisions. I know they're new, so I'll give them a pass here and say they're not running at full capacity yet. To the haircut, not bad, not great. Even as a new business who has to compete with babershops on every corner now...even in Ashburn, I would expect a better level of effort. But hey, at the end of the day it's a $14 haircut...and you get what you pay for. Honestly, I would really only try this place again in a pinch. Otherwise, I'll stick with my local barber."
